We identify motivated youth who are ready to seize opportunity. Targeting excluded youth via SAYouth.Mobi and community channels.
Training & Mentorship
A 12-week programme blending technical skills, behavioural training, and exposure at partner sites.
Transition to Career
Every Shadow graduate enters full-time employment with one of our like-hearted partners. Tailored mentorship, smaller teams, and added coaching for first-time hires.
Alumni Empowerment
Alumni stay connected through a supportive network and to recognise the career progression and achievements of our former Shadow Global students.
